Dr. Alfieri is a Board Certified, therapeutic optometrist, who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases, specialty contact lenses, and routine vision care. She graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University and Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She is an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, received her FIAO Fellowship in OrthoKeratology and Myopia Control, and holds the highest level of licensure to practice optometry by the Texas Optometry Board. In addition, she is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Texas Optometric Association.

Dr. Alfieri started her practice, Pinnacle Eye Associates, P.A., in 2003, in McKinney, Texas. Her mission is to exceed patients’ expectations, inspire confidence through education, and foster excellence in vision care services and products by staying at the technological forefront of eye care. She has been recognized nation wide as an innovator and leader, and has won numerous professional honors, including CooperVision’s 2018 Best Practices and Vision Monday’s Most Influential Women in Optical. Locally, she has been named Best Optometrist 13 times, Top 25 Women in Business twice, and Best Ophthalmologist. She joined The Vision Center team in 2020.

Dr. Alfieri is married, and enjoys spending her free time with her husband, son, and daughter. She enjoys volunteering in multiple local charitable organizations, traveling, and reading.
